2017

ELT Building Development founded in Batumi. First complex, SUNRISE, started on the coast.

2019

WYN Residence started. Partnership with Wyndham. The region's first La Quinta by Wyndham began.

2022

First apart-hotel with full hotel service opened.

2024

Partnership with Barceló and launch of Spanish Quarter in Tbilisi. Agreement with IPM. Many awards.

2025

La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi opened. STATUS HOUSE started. 300,000+ m² built. Third LEADER OF THE YEAR title.
