About

FICG is the developer of the Magnetic Beach Resort, a luxury apartment complex built right on the sandy Black Sea beach in the popular resort town of Kobuleti. The entire resort is built to strict European quality standards, with interiors designed in the latest feng-shui style. The developer prioritises material and workmanship quality, apartment durability and low maintenance costs, using gray marble imported directly for the bathrooms; the complex is also oriented toward investors seeking a quick return and attractive yield.
