About

Ideal House is a young construction company founded in 2018, building sea-view apartments in Kobuleti (50 metres from the Black Sea) using new technology and distinctive architecture, with several units adapted for people with disabilities. Amenities include an elevator, a safe environment, gas/electricity/water, a pool and gym, parking, a landscaped courtyard, commercial space and balconies; delivered in black-frame condition, with mountain and sea views from every apartment. The first project is fully sold; the second, third and fourth projects are underway.
