About

KBK Development is the developer of Grand Millennium Kobuleti: a premium branded resort and residence on Georgia's Black Sea coast. It spans 40,000 m² with 1,650 residences, a casino and cabaret (10,000 m²), spa and wellness (3,500 m²), an infinity pool and a lobby. The resort and hotel programme carries the Grand Millennium flag (Millennium Hotels & Resorts). The project sits in Kobuleti — 11 km of untouched coastline, exceptionally clean air and the mild microclimate of a historic imperial resort.
