About

Terasa Kiacheli (Kiachelli Residence) is a residential project in central Tbilisi at 15 Leo Kiacheli St, terracing down to the right bank of the Mtkvari with sweeping city views. Its terraced, creative architecture opens the city from every vantage point. A two-level parking zone (1,679 m², 48 cars) sits on the lower floors, with a 400 m² internal green yard on the lower terrace.
