About
LUX Group is a Batumi developer. Its two residences under construction stand on a single plot on the first line of the New Boulevard, where the view can no longer be built over. The office and both buildings are within a hundred metres of each other, a minute from the promenade.
Both projects — LUX Golden Wave and LUX Home — are run by one team on the same terms: interest-free developer installments, full legal support and a remote deal that can close in a day.
Geography
LUX Group builds in Batumi — on the first line of the New Boulevard, by the Black Sea.
