About

Premium House is a Georgian-American construction company founded in 2016. In Tbilisi it has completed three residential complexes (in Didi Dighomi on Mirian Mefe and Vepkhistkaosani streets) and runs ongoing projects. Its current developments are Gagarini (2nd Gagarin Lane) and Lisi (the green district near Lisi Lake, two buildings), with layouts from 49.5 to 147 m² across floors 1–5 and an interactive apartment selector. Buildings use high-quality, eco-friendly and energy-efficient materials with landscaped surroundings.
