About

New City Development builds Uptown Okrokana, a premium quarter in Okrokana, Tbilisi — 10 minutes from Freedom Square at 700 m above sea level in a clean environment shielded from city noise by the terrain. The project combines terraced houses and land plots blended into the landscape, with panoramic terraces overlooking Tbilisi, parking, an air-conditioned courtyard, a pool, energy-efficient homes and a 3,500 m² recreation zone.
