A perfect synthesis of sea and mountains: panoramic Italian-Riviera-like views from your terrace; clean mountain air, a stream and a bamboo grove nearby; a private, well-kept beach for residents only with boat fishing tours; ATV tours in the Adjara mountains; and ultra-fast Starlink internet.
