Origami Holding is one of Batumi's largest diversified groups. It began in 2008 as BWC and over 18 years grew into a holding with three directions — development, architecture and hospitality — with a strategic focus on real estate. Founded by Astamur Chazmava.

Its projects include White Sails, one of Batumi's largest residential complexes, the premium Well Home, and Origami Island — the first artificial island on the Black Sea. The team has designed over 3 million sq.m across Georgia.
